Good Afternoon All!!

Our First Real Feel Summer Day! So thought a summer email was appropriate.

Our Marlins Parent Info Meeting is Scheduled for Saturday June 14th at 10AM.

New Parents Especially, Should Attend.

Returning Families: you are welcome, but it is not mandatory.

Once the meeting has ajurned, an email will be sent out with the information from the meeting. New parents best to be there, if you have any questions, they will be answered to the best of our ability.

Evaluations are Tentative for Friday June 13th.

With the pool opening date still in limbo, and our first meet on June 21st, we are looking to host evaluations at Morristown High School for all New Swimmers.

Evaluations are Mandatory: If a family can not attend evaluations bc of a conflict. An evaluation must be scheduled before the child can be officially joining the team and participating in practice.

Once a Marlin Always a Marlin. 

Returning 8 and Unders are encouraged to attend, bc it is a chance for them to get wet, swim a few laps and have some fun with the coaches. But they ARE already a team member. We will be taking attendance: 

New Swimmer Evaluations are done 1 lap at a time:

The coaches will go over stroke expectations and ask 1 swimmer to swim 1 lap at a time. The next swimmer will not be sent until the previous swimmer is more than 1/2 way.

There will be lifeguards present (YES OF COURSE THEY ARE MARLINS!!!) and we will be looking for 13 and Overs to assist with the day (Volunteer Hours will be given to the child not the family).
